Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally! For shipping rates, please see our Shipping/In Store Pickup Policy.
Where are you based?
We are based out of Toronto, Canada.
How long will it take for me to receive my product?
An approximate delivery time is mentioned in our Shipping/In Store Pickup Policy. Currently, due to unprecedented shipping volumes, you may experience a delay in receiving your shipment.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes, the purchaser/recipient is responsible for all custom duties, taxes and fees that may be levied at the time of delivery. Further information on these fees, duties and taxes can be found by contacting your local customs office.
What payment options are available?
Mia Sarees currently accepts PayPal as its preferred method of payment on its website. Canadian customers also have the option of sending an Interac (TM) Email Transfer (e-transfer) by contacting Mia Sarees (miasarees2020@gmail.com) prior to sending/initiating the e-transfer.
How can I track my order?
Once the order has been placed, our team will send over a tracking number during the processing period to the email provided during the checkout process. Please ensure the email address provided is accurate.
Can my billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. Mia Sarees does not ship to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses, parcel lockers or forwarding services. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code and/or Zip code.
Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?
Products on Mia Sarees are designer made and hand crafted. We photograph our products under standard lighting conditions with the goal of trying to best depict the actual color. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product due to a variance in computer screens and color calibration settings.
