You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up  A print out or electronic copy of your order confirmation and ID will be required for pick-up.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and not inclusive of processing time.

Due to unprecedented parcel volumes and increased safety precautions, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

Once Mia Sarees has shipped an item, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.    

 

All shipping rates are quoted in CAN dollars.

STANDARD SHIPPING - 2 to 4 Days – within Canada 

-  $15 flat fee

U.S.A SHIPPING - 6 to 10 Days

-  $15 flat fee

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - 6 to 12 Days 

-  $30 flat fee

For USA & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  Mia Sarees is not responsible for any custom duties, taxes or fees that may be levied and we do not collect these fees in advance.  The purchaser/recipient is responsible for all custom duties, taxes and fees levied.  Further information on these fees, duties and taxes can be found by contacting your country's customs office.

The carrier may charge these fees (duty, taxes and brokerage fees) which are typically due at delivery.  The carrier and/or local post office can advise on acceptable methods of payment.

Mia Sarees is not responsible for any Customs delay and therefore cannot guarantee release or provide any further information.

Mia Sarees cannot be held responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incorrect shipping information (name, phone number, email, shipping address), refusal to pay any applicable custom duties, fees and taxes to release shipment and failure to accept or pickup shipment after 1 or 2 delivery attempts by carrier.
